The 1964 Weigle organ used to have 53 stops that were split into three manuals and a pedal. Since the end of May 2011, when the works were completed, it encompasses 59 stops. Among other things a Violon 16′, a free reed clarinet 8′, an oboe 8′, a high pressure fanfare and a carillion were added.
The Mühleisen company worked on the construction, all new pipes, keydesk, keyaction, electonic works and the voicing. The Jann company disassemled everything, restored the old flue pipes, the chests, the wind system and the case and assembled it on site. That way, the two companies complemented each other perfectly and also ideally used the technical an regional ressources.
